I’m obsessed with one question: what happens when you add AI leverage to everything?

Not building AI products — augmenting the entire surface of how I work. Claude Code as a daily companion in a large brownfield codebase. AI-first repo setup, SDLC, CI pipelines, system instrumentation. Prompt engineering as a core engineering skill. Even my homelab isn’t safe.

I’m a senior backend engineer working on payment systems and distributed workflows. The interesting part is what changes when AI sits in every layer of that stack.
